What are you willing to pay for a motion control system on your Xbox360? Thinking are you? Too late Microsoft has already done the thinking for you.

The mighty software/hardware giant, Microsoft has finally announced a price for their new motion control tech, Kinect.
In the US consumers can expect a retail price of $149.99 when it launches Nov. 4 in North America. This price includes the Kinect sensor and the game "Kinect Adventures." This new motion control system will work with all existing Xbox360s currently in households across the globe.
Preorders of Kinect officially began today at most major retailers. If you don't own a 360 and want to get the whole package, retailers are also offering a bundle which will retail for $299.99. This bundle will include the Xbox360 4GB console, the Kinect sensor, and "Kinect Adventures."
For those who are curious the 4GB model only differs by a smudge. The 4GB is internal flash memory and it has a sleek black matte finish. Other than that it is the same as the 250GB model which means yes it's Wi-Fi ready and has a more compact design. You can breath easy now.

(Yes this is what you will look like when you play Kinect Adventures...or most "Kinect" games for that matter.)
Other games expected at launch include: "Kinect Sports", "Kinectimals" and "Kinect Joy Ride". There are more than 15 titles expected at launch. How many of them are family fun or core remains to be seen. I'm guessing more of the former based on their E3 presentation. MS clearly wants some of Wii's market and that means grandmas, soccer moms and dads. Good luck Kinect you've officially taken your first step into Wii territory.
And that is the biggest news that came out of MS's camp today. How do you feel about Kinects price? And more importantly..will you be picking one up?
